Rolling Stoneが"The 200 Best Songs of The 1980s"（1980年代のベスト200ソング）という特集をしました。 我らがプリンスは「Kiss」で堂々の1位！！！

「えっプリンスが1曲だけ？他にもあるでしょ」と思う方も多いと思いますが、実はこのランキング、アーティスト1人（組）につき1曲だけという縛りがあります。それに関する 冒頭の紹介文が非常に気が効いており、"But just one song per artist, or half the list would be Prince."（ただしアーティストにつき1曲のみ、でないとランキングの半分はプリンスになってしまうから）とのこと。なんですか、この煽り。ニヤニヤが止まらないじゃないですか。
